Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP as well as hapless father Henry. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my life from highs and lows. When I was just 1 1/2 years old my family, me and my parents came from the United States to America. If it wasn't for the hard work of my parents, I may not even be here today sharing my life with people like you. To give them an opportunity to live a prosperous future, I focused on my goals and worked hard to get there. Within my head, I knew what the plan was for my future. You go to college and graduate. Get married. Purchase a home. Create children. The lifestyle I had planned for me was not what it turned out. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job. The money and the status didn't bring me happinessIt was that I was throwing my life away to earn a living even though I knew I was destined for something more. In 2013, I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also enjoyed getting out and about to assist other people. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I found personal training. In this year, I am celebrating my 7th Anniversary. In 2014, I started my own company. Being an Asian female in this industry there are very few. In the coaching industry I'm determined to make a difference through providing high-quality training that will aid others to become healthier and happier. In addition, I wish for people to feel empowered to achieve their goals and accomplish whatever they want throughout their lives. As my career was taking off, I was struck by the most devastating loss in my lifein the death of my Mom. She has won the eight-year battle with the disease. She is now resting in Heaven and I'll always have her close to my heart. Although you may not be able to see it at first, life has a funny way of providing us with what we truly require. My loss has impacted my life in many different ways. I truly believe that my death provided me with an opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance at living a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life. When I reach the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I can truly say that I live my life today instead of merely living just like I did previously. I am sharing my experiences to you with the hope that you will resonate with my stories and thoughts in order to let you feel secure knowing that you're not on your own, to realize that you're beyond capable of anything you set your mind to the fact that real love is there and therapy is not a problem and to be healthy is truly the best source of wealth. It is my prayer to live your life at your best and never have regrets about the final hours of your life. The death of a person is the only guarantee in life.
