Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is an avid reviewer of Z-graded movies typically in the horror or martial arts types. Her style and approach are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However she prefers to review crappy action flicks with a morbid fascination. The reviewer began her journey around the middle of 2009, after she was well-known on their forums. (Under the name of her previous handle Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to be a part of the Channel Awesome team. She continued to be a participant on the website through January of 2015, after which Obscurus Lupa Presents transformed into Movie Nights. She hosts two podcasts on the channel, both of which cover the Charmed series and are co-hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Videos of her are available here and here. Find her on Tumblr, Twitter, and Tumblr. Are you bored of Allison? Ninja the Mission Force features Allison as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was also her first film. She's appeared in Brad Jones's series Midnight Screenings, usually reviewing awful children's film or RiffTrax Live Shows aswell as occasional adult comedy (such as Baywatch 2017, 2017). She started reviewing movies late in 2009. After gaining fame on Channel Awesome forums, she was asked to be part of the reviewing family. She's been featured on many Channel Awesome episodes, including Atop the Fourth Wall as in Phelous & the Movies. She appeared on many shows on Nostalgia Critic and was a past member of the Channel Awesome family together with Doug Walker.
